    DOSAGE AND USAGE INFORMATION

    Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA):
No RDA has been established for multiple vitamins. See
individual vitamin charts for recommendations for vitamins A, D,

    What this vitamin does:

  • Fluoride becomes incorporated into bone and teeth, promotes remineralization of decalcified enamel and MAY interfere with growth and development of bacteria that cause dental plaque.

    Miscellaneous information:

  • Fluorides dissolve easily and can be absorbed easily from the stomach and intestines.
  • Fluoride applications to teeth and fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash also help prevent caries.

    Available as:

  • Oral solution: Dilute in at least 1/2 glass water or other liquid. Take after brushing teeth immediately before bedtime.
  • Chewable tablets: Chew well before swallowing. Take after brushing teeth immediately before bedtime.

    WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
